These terms & conditions ("terms") govern your use of the web design services provided by Praash ("we," "us," or "our"). 1. Scope of services

Praash offers web design, hosting, & maintenance services to clients. We solely build, host, & update clients' websites as per their requirements.

2. Collection & storage of customer information

We may collect & store customer information as required to provide our services effectively. We ensure that customer information is stored safely & securely, & we implement appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. 3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety & security of their customers' information. While we may hold customer information for as long as required to provide our services, it is the client's responsibility to ensure compliance with GDPR & other relevant data protection regulations, obtain the necessary consent from website visitors for the collection & processing of personal data, implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data collected through their websites & to comply with all applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, & to have their privacy policy, terms & conditions, & any other legal requirements in place.

4. Cancellation policy

In the event that a client terminates their agreement with Praash, the client will need to give 10 days notice. After 10 days all services will be discontinued. All cancellations will need to be in written form (text message, email, etc).

5. Limitation of liability

Praash shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify & hold Praash harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of their use of our services, including but not limited to any breach of these terms, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

7. Modification of terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the client's responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates.

8. Disclaimer

Praash is not responsible for the actions or policies of our clients regarding the handling of personal data collected through their websites. We provide web design services, but the ultimate responsibility for data protection lies with the client.

9. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England & Wales, Northern Ireland, & Scotland.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein & supersede all prior agreements & understandings, whether written or oral.
